The chickens from the "Puiul Gospodarului" and "Pui de Curte" ranges have naturally yellow-colored meat, determined by several factors:
- They come from slow-growing breed birds, specifically Hubbard JA 57 Ki. This breed naturally has red feathers and yellow skin, as described in the presentation sheet provided by the supplier.
- The birds are raised in superior farming systems: low density, with outdoor access, and extended growth time, which results in meat that is more substantial and flavorful, with pronounced muscle fibers.
- The birds' diet consists of at least 75% grains, mostly corn, which gives the meat a more yellow color.
